Addressing the citizen's grievance is one of the key areas of focus for effective governance.

 

  • >> The Citizen Call Center at Thiruvananthapuram provides information relating to common citizens transaction. Call Centre No. 155300, 0471-2115098 and 0471-2115054.
  • >> Citizens can also submit their grievances online through http://cmo.kerala.gov.in. The complaints logged in the website shall be addressed by the Chief Minister's office.
  • >> Public grievances can also be submitted in person at ‘Straight Forward' office, situated in front of north block inside the Secretariat, on all working days from 2 p.m. to 5.p.m.
