| Approval Procedure | The authority requiring the recovery of arrears should. Make a formal request to the District Collector who, in turn authorities the concerned Tahasildar to effect recovery by issuing a RRC. On receipt of the same the Tahasildar or the Deputy Tahasildar will notice u/s 7 (for attaching a movable property). These notices are served on the defaulter. If he refuses to remit the arrears, attachment proceedings are taken. The attached property is sold in public auction and the amount is adjusted towards the arrears. |
