Who can apply	If the husband is in one prfession and the wife is in a Class II or Lower Graded Employment, the income is considered.  The applicant's parents should not be Class I / II Officers.If the applicant (husband) is in one profession and the wife is in a Class II or Lower Graded Employment, State  (income is considered)                                                                                                                                                                  Income limit for State & Central Government purpose:                                                                                   State Government purpose the income limit is Rs. 3 lakhs                                                                            Central Government Institutions the limit is Rs. 1 lakh
