Special Conditions Crops included in the definition "food corps"
"Food corps" include paddy, sugarcane, Vegetables, Tapioca, Yarn, Tea, Cofee, Cardamom, Pepper, groundnut and Banana plantain

 land is resistrained from conversion
1) Any land that has been under cultivation with any food corps for a continuous period of three years immediately before the commencement of the KLU Order.
2) Any land that is being cultivated with any food crop for a continuous period, after the commencement of KLU Order

Form 'E" notice
It is the notice by which the Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer calls upon a person who attempts to convert the land, to cultivate such land with those food crops which were under cultivation in the land in the preceding three years.

Form "F" os the order by which the Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer diects and arrange for the sale by public auction, the right to cultivate the land when the holder of the land fails to comply the direction in Form "E"
Appellate Authority Appeal against the order of the Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer may be preferred to the Commisssioner of Land Revenue
Grievance Redressal Appeal to Commissioner and Revision to Agriculturre Department
