Fees Panchayath - Land Value to be realised:
I) Income Rs. 10000 or less.
    1. Dry land - Rs. 1000/- per acre
    2. Wet land - Rs. 1000/- per acre
    3. Grass lands - Rs. 200/- per acre
    4. Waste lands - Rs. 200/- per acre
II) Persons belonging to SC/ST.
    1. No land value will be realised.
IV) 6% interest per annum will be realised from the defaulters.
Fees Municipal and Corporation - Land value to be realised:-
    1. If income up to 24,000/- per annum - Nil
    2. If income from  24,000-50,000 per annum - 1/5 the Market Value
    3. If income Above 50,000 - Full market value
    4. House site to SC/ST  who are occupying the land for more than five year - Land value to be remitted at concessional rate.
    5. Assigning land in excess of the limit - In muncipal area above 10 cents - full market rate and in Corporation above 5 cents, the full market rate.
    6. Assigning land for beneficial enjoyment of adjoining registered holdings - Market value to be remitted.

Approval Authority Panchayath Area:-
  1. Tahasildar - For Residential purpose and cultivaiton purpose.
  2. R.D.O - For beneficial enjoyment of the land possessed by a person
  3. Government - For public purpose
Municipal and Corporation Area :-
The District Collector having jurisdiction over the area when land is assigned for house site or shopsite in Municipal and Corporation area and Government in respect of assignment of lands to institutions.
Enquiry Panchayath Area:-
Tahasildar will conduct enquiries and sent report to District collector with the appoval of L.A. Committee
Approval Procedure Panchayath Area:-
I) SC/ST :- Out of the total extent of land available for assingnment 25% will be set apart
II) Ex-servicemen :- Out of the total extent of land available for assingnment 10% will be set apart
III) Others (Except SC/ST and Ex-servicemen) :- Persons Possessed the land prior to 1.8.71.
IV) The following Types of Lands will not be assigned.
    1. Government land set apart for public purpose.
    2. Land vested with Panchayat
    3. Land adjacent to thode, river, pond etc.
Municipal and Corporation Area :-
    1. House sites in municipality - Upto 10 cents
    2. House sites in Coporation - Upto 5 cents

Panchayath  Area :-
Limit if Annual income of family from sources other than  lands for assignment is Rs. 10,000/-

Delay in remitting L.A. dues - Panchayath  Area :-
Authority for condonation of delay
Upto 3 Years :- District Collector
Upto 5 Years :- Land Revenue Commissioner
Above 5 Years :- Government

Municipal and Corporation Area :-
1. Land assigned on registry shall be heritable but not alienable for a period of 12 years
2. The assignee shall mortgage the land to the Government, Co-operative Institutions or other Institutional Credit  Agencies for obtaining loans for effecting improvements to the land or for constructing and repairing buildings or for improvements of the business of the assignee
Appellate Authority Appeal shall lie to the commissioner of Land Revenue against the order of District Collector and to Governemnt against orders of Commissioner of Land Revenue in respect of cases in muncipal and corporation area
Appeal to be filed within 30 days of receipt of order.
Appeal petition has to be afixed with Court fee Stamp.
In Panchayat Area
Apeal shall lie with the RDO against the order of the thasildar and to the commisionor of land revenue against the order of the RDO
