Time Limit-For Submission To file objection against the Land acquisition proceedings
The interested parties can file objection within 30 days on receipt of the 4(a) notice to the land acquisition officer.  In case the land is acquired under urgency clause there is no provision to file objection against LA proceedings
 Time Limit - For issue The District Collector shall make award within a period of three years from the date of publication of 4(1) notification compensation will be disbursed after passing the award
day onwards interested person in the acquired land is eligible for compensation

Objection with respect to inadequate compensation shall be made before the concerned Land Acquisition Officer within six weeks of the eceipt of the notice from the Land Acquisition Officer under sec. 12 or within six months from the date of award which ever shall first expire
