SUTHARYAKERALAM, an interactive video conferencing programme, is intended for the speedy disposal of public grievances. Citizens can lodge their grievances/petitions related to any department in Government of Kerala through the Call Centre.

The petitions would be forwarded to the concerned authorities for speedy action. After scrutiny, the Hon. Chief Minister will respond to the selected petitioners. The public can watch the programme in Doordarshan Keralam between 7:20 pm and 8 pm on all Sundays. The programme is recast between 9.20 pm and 10 pm on Mondays.
The Call Centre functions 24x7, as multiple terminals are operating simultaneously chance for a call being missed is minimised. The received calls are converted to electronic data and are sent to the Chief Minister's Public Grievance Redressal Cell.
