Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala Ltd.
Inspired by the need for building and strengthening infrastructure facilities for the overall development of the state, Govt. of Kerala established Roads and Development Corporation of Kerala Ltd (RBDCK) In October 1999, with its headquarters at Kochi.
RBDCK is intended to give a thrust for multifaceted growth in transport infrastructure by generating additional resources through institutional finance, market borrowing and private participation.
Our vision is to participate in the overall development of the state by creating good roads, bridges and other infrastructure facilities. Availability of a good infrastructure facility is an essential pre-requisite for the growth and development of a region. In Kerala however, the expansion of transportation infrastructure, has lagged behind economic growth and spread of activities. This has created imbalances in infrastructure development. Good roads and bridges are required for faster industrial development and improving the living standard of the people. We also visualize employment of advanced technologies with high quality control in the construction of roads and bridges. While we endeavor infrastructure development we will take care of the people living in those areas and the environment.
