Vyloppilli Samskriti Bhavan, the Multi Purpose Cultural Complex  (MPCC)  is an institution under the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala. Built with the support of the Government of India, it is founded as a research, documentation, performance and preservation center of cultural traditions and art forms of Kerala
It is one of the few institutions of its kind in India and is a UNESCO approved center for cultural heritage preservation too. MPCC, registered under the Charitable Societies Registration Act, is administrated by a Governing Committee consists of scholars and eminent personalities.   Sri K C Joseph, the Minister for Culture, Government of Kerala is the Chairman of the Committee and Dr Vilakudi Rajendran is the Member Secretary
