Help Desk and Toll Free Facility

The Election Department has set up help desks in all Collectorates for people to get information on matters related to the elections and voters’ list and to file complaints. Voters can call the toll-free numbers at the Collectorates from anywhere in Kerala by land or mobile phones. The help desks will function from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. up to March 31 and round the clock from April 1 to 16.

To get the information on Voter's (Elector's) List, the voter's full name with identity card number or the booth number related to the assembly constituency have to be informed at Help Desks.
