How many VHS courses are designated for apprenticeship training?
Ans. Out of the 43 VHS courses in Kerala, 42 are approved as designated trades for apprenticeship training to the pass outs.

Number of VHS courses approved by the Kerala Public Service Commission?
Ans. 12 VHS courses have been approved by KPSC as appropriate/lateral qualifications for various posts in different department via modifying the recruitment rules of the department concerned. Actions are emphatically being progressed for approval of the remaining VHS courses also by the KPSC.

How many Universities of the State have recognised the VHS courses?
Ans. All Universities of the state except Cochin University of Science and Technology and Kannur University have recognised VHSE courses.

How many courses are offered by DVHSE ?
Ans. 44 courses are offered by the Directorate of VHSE.
