Transfer of Registry

MEASUREMENT OF TRANSFER OF REGISTRY OF SUB-DIVISION

The transfer of registry of Sub-divisions are normally measured by the Village Assistant or taluk Surveyors. Subdivisions are measured only if well-defined boundaries are existing in the field. Application for Survey of transfer of registry are to be preferred to the taluk Tahsildar concerned in form No.1, a fee of Rs. 100 has to paid of Survey charges.

SURVEY OF REGISTERED BUT UNSURVEYED SUBDIVISION

According to rule 26 of the Survey and boundaries Rules the registered holder can apply for the survey of the holding to the Tahsildar of the taluk concerned in the form No. 8. The applicant has to pay Rs100 Per 40 Ares. The taluk surveyor measure the holdings after issue of notices to all the affected land holders. Any complaint during the course of survey can be preferred before the Tahsildar. The Tahsildar will issue notice regarding the completion of survey in form No. 4 to the affected parties. There after, appeal complaints can be preferred before the Superintendent of Survey and Land Records of the District concerned. The Superintendent of Survey and Land Records shall issue revised records to the Village Officers after disposal of the complaints.
