The aim of the Science and Technology Museum is to inculcate a scientific temper and awareness among common man. All the activities of the museum viz. Planetarium, Exhibition Galleries, Children's science park, Mobile Science Exhibition etc. are aimed at popularisation of science among common man especially students.

1)How can a person visit the museum?
An adult person can visit the museum after purchasing a ticket of Rs. 10/-. For a child or student the ticket charge is Rs.5/-
2)How can one visit the Planetarium?
An adult person has to purchase a ticket of Rs 15/- whereas a child or student has to pay Rs 10/- for availing entry into the Planetarium.
3)When is the visiting time?
The visiting time is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days except Mondays.
4)How can a Mobile Science Exhibition unit be made available to our place?
A school can book the MSE unit by paying Rs 1000/-.Organisations can also book by paying Rs 2000/-.The rate is for one day.
5)What are the components of the Mobile Exhibition Unit?
The MSE unit consists of a bus in which 24 exhibits are arranged in a specially built-up body for display. A video projector is available in the unit for exhibiting science films. A Mobile Planetarium is also equipped with the unit for planetarium shows.
