ORDER
Government
have constituted an Expert Committee under the chairmanship
of Chief Secretary to study the Non Tax Revenue in the State
vide GO (P) 668/97/Fin dated 06.08.1997 and the Committee
has suggested measures for augmentation of non tax revenue
and for exploring new areas where non tax revenue can be realized.
2. Government have examined
the recommendations of the Committee on Non Tax Revenue in
the State in detail and they order that the rates for various
services rendered by the Department of Industries and Commerce,
be revised as given in the annexure to this order.
