1. DIC Thrissur, the first ISO 9002 certified District industries Centre in the Country

DIC THRISSUR ISO 9002 CERTIFIED

DIC Thrissur is the first District Industries Centre in the country to get the prestigious, internationally accepted quality management certification, ISO 9002. American Quality Assessors- AQA, accredited by the American National Accreditation Programme for registrars of Quality systems, ANSI-RAB, has certified that the District Industries Centre, Thrissur, has established a Quality management system, that is in compliance with the international quality system standard. ISO 9002 and Q 9002 (1994) for the period 23-3-2000 to 25-3-2003 in providing services to Small Scale Industries and Business Enterprises in Thrissur District of Kerala
