Government Quota in Self financing Colleges in the year 2003-04.

ORDER

Government are pleased to order as follows:

1) Students of Unaided Professional Colleges admitted in the Government quota in 2003-04 need pay only the fees prescribed for the corresponding courses in the Government Colleges.

2) Students admitted in the Management quota in 2003-04 shall pay fees which will be fixed by the Management taking in to account the reduction in income as a result of the fixation of fee as stated above.

3) The students in the Management quota who had higher ranks in the Entrance Examinations than the students with lowest rank students admitted in the same course in the same college in a merit seal need also pay only the fees at the rate indicated in para 1 above.

4) The fees if any collected by the Management in excess of the amounts as indicated above in para 1 and 3 shall be refunded to the students forthwith.
