Sector Reform Cell was established in the Directorate of Health Services with the support from European Commission. The Sector Reform Cell is an additional capacity of the State Department of Health and Family Welfare for generating, prioritizing, advocating and accessing reform proposals in Health and Family Welfare Sectors across the State. The cell has the mandate authority and autonomy to drive the sectoral reform process and to take all actions necessary in pursuance that objective.
