Credit Card Scheme |
This
Scheme provides Picture Negative, Sound Negative,
Picture Positive etc. in addition to the technical
facilities offered under package for a limited credit
period of ninety days from the date of starting the
shooting work. Under this scheme the producer has
to book the studio facilities on an initial payment
of RS 5000/- and furnish a Demand Draft/Cash for RS
2 Lakhs and a bank guarantee for RS 5 lakhs or 10
lakhs. Facilities including Raw Stock will be provided
for double the amount covered in the bank guarantee.
Interest at normal bank rate will attract on the outstanding
amount for the period beyond 90 days.
In both the Credit Card and package schemes the producer
has to execute a production agreement with the corporation
on a stamp paper worth RS 50 purchased in the name
of the producer. 50% of the anticipated subsidy amount
will be adjusted in the final bill after the film
is censored and after clearance by the committee constituted
to assess the standard and quality of the film. |

| General
terms of package |
1.The
total advance to be remitted under package will be
RS One Lakh i.e.. RS 10,000 at the time of initial
booking and RS 90,000 before starting the shooting
work.
2. The total advance to be remitted under economy
package will be RS 80,000 i.e.. Rs.10,000. + RS 70,000.
3. The full initial remittance (RS 10,000) will be
forfeited if booking once confirmed is cancelled or
postponed for more than two times.
4. The out door unit facility will be for a stretch
of 25 days and not for broken periods. The equipment
if available with the Corporation will however be
supplied for broken periods.
5. Half of the normal rent will only be charged for
shooting inside the studio complex and the buildings
inside the complex.
6.An agreement in stamp paper worth RS 50 (purchased
in the name of the producer) is required to be signed
by the producer before the shooting work.
7. In the case of economy package the required quality
of picture negative to be purchased through the Corporation
remitting the cost in advance. |
